I’m 25 years old and have been weight training for about 7 years now and am also a keen martial artist participating in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the last 4 years.  In my first 6 years, I had never been able to burn that last bit of belly fat and get ripped six pack abs. It’s not like I wasn’t working hard enough. I have never struggled for motivation. I used to hate all the other guys who had a six pack stomach while not working has hard as me in the gym. I thought to myself – why aren’t my six pack abs exercises working? I’m never going to get a six pack!

I have bought a number of different “how to get a six pack” products and tried many different six pack workout. From my experience, I have found that the majority of products and advise from personal trainers about how to get ripped six pack abs are worthless, but also that the correct proven training programs are available from the right sources and “Do Work”
